Madhushanka Bandara

Madhushanka is an environmentalist as well as a conservationist. He has a specialized knowledge of freshwater fish fauna and an overall understanding of fauna and conservation. He is a former instructor in the Aquatic Life Group of the Young Zoologists Association of Sri Lanka(YZA). He is also a former Vice-President of the Research Committee and the Publication Committee for YZA.

He was involved in reforestation programs and environmental conservation projects. Currently, he works at the Wildlife and Nature Protection Society of Sri Lanka(WNPS)
